You know I keep an open dialogue between us, and try my best to keep you all informed of how I work and why I work that way. I am an independent designer, which means I do everything myself. My products are all handcrafted locally by Cypriot artisans, with leathers I source from Greece and Italy.
I do not keep any stock, as all my products are made-to-order. You make your selection, I order it from my workshop (which consists of 4 people, 2 of which are pensioners), I collect and send it by post to you. That is the full circle.
Due to the nature of my products, I've rightfully been advised that LFC should not have a refund policy, but rather store credit. I did some research and saw that other independent designers practiced this policy too. While I do absolutely want you to be happy with your purchase, it's only fair that I offer you an exchange, not a full refund, if you have changed your mind. I am happy to give you a full refund on any item that is faulty, but otherwise, as all leather sandals are handcrafted for you, a store credit will allow you to select a different size or style if you've changed your mind.
All our sizes are clearly listed in the sizes page. Please check this page as each brand differs in sizing.
This year I will also be offering a completely customisable service. You can now purchase ANY leather sandal, and for just 10 Euros extra, get it made-to-order in any leather colour that you choose. You can select from 24 different leather uppers and between a nude or black leather sole. Make your order as usual, for the sandal you like. Then purchase the CUSTOM ORDER REQUEST and select your unique combination.

Exchanges and Return Policy
Love From Cyprus offers store credits only for purchases made on our website, you can then reorder your correct style, colour and size. Please note that we cannot make any exceptions for a refund due to your item being made-to-order. We do not keep any stock, as all items are handcrafted.
You are entitled to an exchange within 10 days of your purchase for a store credit only. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags.
Store credits will be issued within 2 to 3 business days upon receiving the exchange items and sent by email.
Please email email@example.com to authorise the return and download the EXCHANGE FORM. Please make sure you print, fill out and place it in the returning package so that we can issue you with a store credit.
All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Love From Cyprus is not responsible for the shipping costs of your return or exchange item/s.
Refunds are not accepted unless the item is faulty. If you have a faulty item please make sure you enclose your original invoice (printed off your online order), along with a description of the fault. Once received in our office, we will inspect the goods and decide whether to issue a refund or repair the goods. In this case we will keep you informed.
